Snowboard Development Team

U10+ Age Class (8+ Years Old)

The Snowboard Development Team is for snowboarders that want an introduction to a structured group environment that is led by a qualified coach that specializes in teaching children how to improve their riding skills. While creating a rewarding experience working on fundamental riding skills, safety awareness, team camaraderie, and friendly competition, participants will improve their all-mountain snowboarding ability. This program exposes snowboarders to everything Bogus Basin has to offer. Participants will explore the entire mountain in a fun and safe learning environment; riding steeps, bumps, groomers, powder, crud, trees, racecourses, rails/boxes, and jumps. 

ABILITY

Snowboarders must be comfortable riding around Bogus Basin linking S turns. Specifically, participants must be comfortable riding down the entire Deer Point area and Lower Nugget, Wild Cat, and Paradise runs on the Pine Creek Chair and Nighthawk, Triumph, and War Eagle on the Superior Chair.
